A Commitment to Quality in Every Product
A B-Lock that fails, or a yarn spool that breaks mid-run, costs a customer far more than the part itself. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
We don't treat quality as a single inspection step. It starts with which polymer and yarn suppliers we're willing to buy from, continues while a batch is actually running, and ends with a check before anything is boxed for dispatch.
Our Quality Assurance Process
Raw Material Inspection
Incoming polypropylene and other base materials don't go into production until they've been checked against our own purity and strength thresholds.
In-Process Quality Checks
A technician stays on the extrusion, winding and moulding line while it runs, watching for the drift in accuracy or strength that a one-off inspection would miss.
Finished Product Testing
Before a batch is approved, samples are pulled and put through mechanical testing — how much force it takes to stretch or break, and whether the colour matches across the run.
Packaging & Final Inspection
The last check happens at the packing table: a visual pass for defects, a check that labels are correct, and confirmation the carton meets the buyer's export requirements.
